Jorge Mijangos, fine instrument builder
Conjunto Jardín member Jorge Mijangos is a fine luthier
and quality instrument builder. Many of the group’s
instruments are of his construction. Jorge makes jaranas and
guitarras de son (requinto jarocho) carved in Honduran mahogany
or cedar with solid wooden pegs or mechanical tuners. To learn
